Dr. Peter McCullough, a Christian, has proven himself right on most health issues over the years. He is head of several prestigious organisations, peer reviewed countless medical research papers, an epidemiologist and a practising doctor. Here is his take on the new Food Pyramid, mRNA, Covid shots medicine and Trans surgery.
My opinion of Dr. McCullough’s advice about meats and saturated fats is, some experts recommend no more than 10% of saturated fats our their diet. One dietician said, the problem is not so much the fat, but the fat sticking to the walls of our arteries. This is a good point. Aerobic exercise will keep the arteries clean and flexible, so diet must be combined with the proper exercise.
We eat quiet a lot of saturated fats, and unsaturated. In 2020, we had a full body checkup which included, testing the flexibility of our arteries. At 70 years of age, the tests showed my arteries were not clogged up or hardened, but flexible. This is the benefit of aerobic exercise.
