Italy’s left falls because of Covid response

Countries which ignored 100 years of proven pandemic responses, experienced changes of government because of their poor response. Italy is yet another example of this, giving rise to Italy’s first woman Prime Minister and a Christian. Now, within four years, Italy has Europe’s strongest economy.

The extreme Left’s abusive actions during Covid, are coming to an end. We see it in Europe, New Zealand, Japan, Argentine, the States and also Italy. Italians rejected the Left’s abusive treatment and voted for a conservative, and their first woman, Prime Minister. Pres. Trump recently praised PM Meloni for “Taking Europe by storm”.

Meloni ran a campaign around the “God, country and family” slogan, downplayed FdI’s post-fascist roots, and sought to promote her party as being mainstream conservative.

Trump praised Meloni, 47, for having “taken Europe by storm” during a dinner Saturday night. Meloni was elected in 2022 after running on a conservative pro-family and anti-immigration agenda, panned as “far-right” by many in the media.

Meloni is the first female Italian prime minister, and she has served as leader of the Brothers of Italy party since 2014. Both she and her party surged in popularity thanks to backlash against how the Italian government handled the COVID-19 pandemic. read more …
