Two recent prophecies, reflect what God is speaking to me about Ezekiel 38. Mike Thompson’s prophecy says, we have the strength of a lion and the insight of an eagle. Second, Bishop Jane Hammon’s prophecy says, we must keep moving forward this year, growing in maturity and in faith. Both words, give us keys to overcoming in these last days.
In Ezekiel 38 we see nations, controlled by principalities, coming against Israel. Now, we see these same principalities, moving within the nations. According to Cindy Jacobs, John Erchardt and others, these principalities are Behemoth and Leviathan.
First, Behemoth controls the ideas, doctrines, and ideals of people. Leviathan, manipulates and intimidates people, using fear and terror to control them. These two principalities, rising up and moving within the nations, is most obvious since 2020.
In 2020, epidemiologists, medical experts and doctors were shocked, when authorities went against everything they had been taught and experienced. Countries ignored 100 years of proven pandemic responses, leaving experts confused, wondering what was going on. Then, the persecution began when these experts began to question what was happening. Intimidation, abuse, lies and fear were used to try and stop people from speaking the truth. This is Behemoth and Leviathan at work.
We overcome the influence and power of these principalities through the power of the Holy Spirit. Behemoth is overcome by the Holy Spirit, opening people’s eyes to the truth, Matthew 11:25, 16:17. In 2020, Christians and non Christians alike, recognised something spiritual was happening in the world. Dr. Naomi Wolf, a world renowned investigative reporter, realised something spiritual was happening. Russel Brand, a blogger with several million followers, also recognised something was happening worldwide. Now, both are Christians.
In 2020 and following, “The people” began to realise what was going on. In February 2022, 30% of New Zealanders realised there was something wrong with the shots. Early 2023, 49% of Americans realised something was wrong, now rising to 56%. “The people” wanted the shots stopped and thoroughly examined for safety. We are overcoming Behemoth, through speaking up and the power of the Holy Spirit opening people’s eyes to the truth.
Leviathan is overcome by not giving into intimidation, fear and manipulation, 2 Chronicles 32:7, 2 Timothy 1:7, Revelations 21:8. I am very encouraged by the Christians who stood for the truth during Covid. Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Simone Gold, stand out from the crowd. Dr. Peter McCullough, is probably the most widely spoken and quoted expert on Covid. Dr. Simone Gold, a practising doctor and a single mother of three, examined the effectiveness of ivermectin and followed the science.
Dr. Peter McCullough had multiple professorships and teaching positions removed, when he began warning people of the dangerous shots and advising the use of ivermectin. Dr. Simone Gold was fired for giving ivermectin to Covid patients, saving many lives. Both resisted the intimidation and fear, standing up and speaking the truth.
The principalities Behemoth and Leviathan, are being overcome. People’s eyes are being opened and fear is being overcome, as people courageously speak up and pray.
The second prophecy is by Bishop Jane Hammon saying, 2025 is a golden year and God is restoring righteousness. We are seeing huge numbers of people coming to Christ. Some are world renowned presenters and celebrities like Dr. Naomi Wolf and Russell Brand. Joe Rogan is close behind.
Although challenges are great, there are many movements in the earth, confirming Bishop Jane’s word. Bishop Jane quotes Barna Research. “Barna Research publishes an annual paper entitled “State of the Church.” In early 2025, they marked a twelve percent increase in Americans who identify as followers of Christ since 2021.
Several other metrics have recorded a 41.6 percent jump in Bible sales since 2022, a 79.5 percent increase in spiritual app downloads since 2019, and a 50 percent increase in Christian music downloads on Spotify since 2019. There has been an incredible surge in people attending church for the first time, and those who returned to church after decades of absence.” end of quote.
Bishop Jane confirms the importance of godliness, faith and perseverance in our lives. Focusing on these, we can gain new ground, setting the captives free and leaving a legacy for following generations. We must mature, so we can overcome Behemoth and Leviathan in these last days.
A word of caution when fighting principalities. Cindy Jacobs says, we can not overcome them in our own strength. We will suffer physically, mentally or spiritually if we attack them. Neither is this God’s time, for these principalities to reign. In the video, “End times and Covid”, I share these principalities will not reign until the Antichrist appears. During the three and a half year period of the Antichrist, these principalities will be given authority over the saints, and many saints will be martyred, Matthew 24:9, Revelations 13:7. So until then, we can confidently overcome their effect on our nation.
Let’s keep standing, keep speaking, keep praying and keep persevering. We will win if we do not give up!

It is the merging of major spirits that have come together to form a new darkness. It is new time-wise, but not necessarily new spiritually and quality-wise. For the enemy has had these plans for a long time.
“So be encouraged, be faith-filled. In fact, be excited to a degree. For I will use the lion and the eagle this year to bring about My will upon the earth. And you shall be a part of it. For I have taken those who have committed themselves into the lion’s army and the prophetic eagles of the army. I’ve placed My hand around them. It is a supernatural protection, but it also provides supernatural empowerment.

For example, last year, 2025, I heard the Lord say we had entered a Golden Age of Awakening and a Renaissance of Righteousness. If you have been paying attention, you will know we have entered one of the greatest times of revival and spiritual awakening of our lifetime.
