Harry Mowbray says, all Party votes for National will be wasted because National ratings are so low. Based on current polls, which mostly appear the same, National can not win any seats from their Party vote. Therefore, all 850,000 National Party votes are wasted.
Harry Mowbray has talked to former PM John Key about vote splitting. John Key advised National members against splitting their vote, encouraging people to give National two ticks, one tick for their National candidate and one tick for the National Party vote.
After talking to John Key, Harry Mowbray says John Key “Backed right down and did not say another word”. Clearly, John Key does not understand the MMP voting system. John Key’s strategy would hand a win to the extreme left, something that horrifies everyone!
To ensure a center right government, vote National for your candidate vote and NZFirst or Act for your Party vote. This will maximise the number of center right members in Parliament.
Most importantly, we do not put our faith in a system or polls. First, share this blog with ten friends, then get out and vote taking ten friends with you.
Second, Put your faith in the God who is above all, turning King’s heads where he may. God’s promise for New Zealand, is a nation under God which will usher in the last great revival before his return.
