We are Kingdom people guided by God’s word, not culture, not tradition nor the world. First Lady Melania Trump, is causing some controversy saying, “Yes, women can thrive in both motherhood and business”

Proverbs 31 says, a good wife plants a field, sells cloth and cares for her family.

Be guided by God’s word,

not culture, not tradition nor the world

Wives have a very important place in raising children. Where we live, the nation was shocked by the heartless actions of it’s people.

We prayed, “Lord may one person stand up for righteousness and let this (news) travel to the capital”. Two weeks later our prayer was answered.

A businessman, recorded by our local TV channel, stood up encouraging everyone to help others in need. He said “Don’t worry if they accuse you of causing the problem, I will cover your lawyers fees and fines”. For months afterwards, our TV channel broadcast this message.

One year later, the national channel was encouraging everyone to do the same. Righteousness had reached the capital. The good Lord answered our prayer.

Hence, we prayed Proverbs 31 over our nation’s mothers, that they will excel at work and in raising their children. Therefore, the First Lady’s advice is biblical and right. Read more …

James Dobson gives some good advice. Raising children is a tough job, therefore if the wife does not have the energy to work and raise her children, then it is best to stay home and raise the children.

Let’s be guided by God’s word, not culture, not tradition nor the world.
