For New Zealand, people comment there is a uni-Government. No matter who wins the election, policies do not change much. Currently, the government is rushing towards more control of people through digital IDs, surveillance and control of independent media. The current PM Chris Luxon, has very low poll ratings, similar to the opposition leader Chris Hipkins. We know God’s choice for NZ, is the coalition government led by National and PM Luxon, however there does not appear to have been much change, since taking office two years ago. Certainly, the people do not feel the changes.
On the bright side, the economy is beginning to pick up, after the former Prime Minister, Jacinda Arden destroyed it. Thirty percent of New Zealand’s most important businesses were destroyed, all for a virus equivalent to the seasonal flu(Dr. Fauci’s e-mails)!! Praise God the economy is picking up so it will be in much better shape, and changes will be felt by the people, before election time. As James Carville(Bill Clinton’s campaign strategist) said, “It’s the economy stupid!”
Another interesting development. MP Winston Peters said, “This election will be a watershed moment!”(watch video) His Party, New Zealand First is having explosive numbers of hits(1M or 20% of all New Zealanders) on social media (the new media platform which the government is trying to control) and in their town hall meetings. These numbers are way above all other political parties.
Winston Peters is the most righteous of New Zealand’s leaders, consistently voting according to biblical values. He is also the only politician, who went and spoke to the thousands protesting the lock-downs, forced shots and dangerous jabs. He is also very direct, like Pres. Trump, and really irritates the fake media. He does not suffer fools lightly. I see their rise in popularity as a sign, righteousness is rising in New Zealand as God promised.
Therefore, for New Zealand to become a righteous nation, the Church must continue walking uprightly and be strong in faith, knowing what God has begun he will bring to a flourishing finish. The Church is making progress, but it must keep its foot on the pedal. The key is those who are responsible for the nation, the people called by God’s name, must humble themselves, turn from their wicked ways and pray, 2 Chronicles 7:14.
I am very encouraged, one of New Zealand’s most influential Pastors Ps. Tak Bhana(Senior Pastor of Church Unlimited) said, he is focusing on preaching repentance for the next two years. This bodes well for the nation. The Holy Spirit also showed a group of us, fourteen areas the Church must change. You can see these videos on our Rumble channel.(Transforming Power(Repentance), Mountain Moving Faith, The Greatest of These(Love), Unity in the Spirit, A Pleasurable Sin, The Religious Spirit, Rees Howells Intercessor(Fervent Prayer), The spirit of this World, Servant’s of God, A Father’s Heart, Church Hurts, Worshiping and Exalting Jesus)
Also, Pastors and people of influence in the Church, must be encouraging Christians to get out and vote. Sadly, most Christians do not vote. If every Christian voted, they would change the nation bringing in a more righteous government. Look to chose politicians who vote for righteous values, are competent, not willing to compromise and will stand up for their values.
Apart from praying for Church Unlimited, I don’t have guidance for who or what to pray for the election, simply a burden to pray for the current Government and the elections. The most righteous Parties are the coalition government(National, NZ First and ACT) so do due diligence, examining the voting behaviour of the candidates, then choose the most righteous candidate in your district. The extreme left Parties’(Labour, Green and Maori) appear to be just as popular, according to some polls, as the coalition government. The extreme left Maori Party, is imploding on itself and may not even exist, by the time the elections come in November.
I do have a burden to pray for Church Unlimited. Ps. Tak’s guidance for these two years is, preach on repentance. This is what New Zealand’s Church must focus on. Also we continue to stand in faith, declaring the fourteen promises God gave in 2015, that New Zealand will become a righteous nation. We will receive nothing from God except by faith. Therefore, it is critical we continue declaring God’s promises, in these fourteen areas.
Keep praying, Be strong in faith
Prayer strategy for New Zealand
1. For Church Unlimited, and the Church of New Zealand, repent of all their ways which are not pleasing to God
2. Pastors and Church leaders encourage every Christian to get out and vote
3. All Christians be strong in faith declaring and living, God’s 14 promises for the nation
4. All Christians and righteous persons, get out and vote
5. People vote according to moral values(this favours the Coalition Governement)
6. Effective election strategies for the Coalition Government
7. There be unity in the Coalition Government
8. The enemies wheels run heavy and fall off
9. Division, confusion and failure in the enemies camp
